Description

Traditionally churned Organic Ghee, 420 g, is a pure clarified butter produced on a small farm in the Cotswold Hills, South West England. It uses artisan butter and cream from free-range, grass-fed cows. From March to November cows graze on fresh pasture; December to February they rely on certified organic feed. Slow-cooked for 6–8 hours to remove impurities, this ghee yields a fragrant golden product with no flavourings, preservatives, or colourings.

High smoke point and clean finish make it versatile for high-heat cooking and as a finishing touch. It enhances curries, roasted vegetables, and grain bowls with a nutty depth. The ghee supports easy digestion and aids absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, while its soothing properties may support everyday cooking. Store in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness.
