Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (UK ONLY) We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 for all UK orders via Royal Mail. We do not currently ship internationally.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–3 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

STORE PICKUP (FREE) You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 14 Greenwich Market, London, SE10 9HZ.

  • Pickup Hours: Daily, 09:30 – 18:00.

  • We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS & REFUNDS We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Process: To start a return, contact us at support@greenlandsonline.co.uk.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will send a replacement free of charge.
