The Otosan Ear Cones Twin Pack provides a clinically trialled, at‑home solution for ear hygiene, utilizing natural beeswax, propolis and cotton. This method, rooted in traditional practice and enhanced with propolis, is doctor‑recommended and designated as a Class I medical device with CE marking. It is prepared in sealed hygienic, recyclable packaging and not tested on animals.

How it works: a lit Otosan cone gently warms the ear canal, softening earwax while warm propolis vapours offer hygienically clean protection. The rising heat creates a mild vacuum at the base of the cone to help remove wax, water and debris, supporting the ear’s natural drainage and aiding even ear pressure. The process may also promote increased blood flow, contributing to a sense of well‑being and relaxation.

Usage and care: insert the cone into the protective disc (silvered side up) to the base of the flame‑breaking ring, light the wider end, and insert the tapered end into the ear without going too deep. If smoke is visible between cone and ear, adjust the angle. When the flame reaches the ring, extinguish the cone in water and repeat for the other ear. Use every one to two months, or as needed.
