Organic Sprouted & Raw Sunflower Seeds are supplied in a 250 g pack. They are activated with water, germinated into shoots, and dehydrated below 40°C to preserve the seeds' raw nutritional value.
Soaking and rinsing remove enzyme inhibitors, triggering germination. As the seed sprouts, stored nutrients convert to simpler components: proteins break into amino acids, complex starches and fats become simpler carbohydrates, and the plant increases its nutrient content. This results in a sprouted seed rich in vitamins, minerals, and plant-based protein.
