Harvested from wild bees living in bark hives high in trees, this honey results from sustainable practices that benefit both hive health and forest biodiversity. Beekeepers return after a couple of years to crop the honey, leaving half for the bees. More than 6,000 beekeepers contribute their harvest, supported by the Fairtrade market that helps families plan for the future. The product is certified Organic and Fairtrade.
The honey presents a distinctive, rich, creamy flavor with a golden amber color and a smooth, spreadable texture. It suits breakfast toast, yogurt, and tea, and can be used in baking to add natural sweetness without artificial additives.
