Our Organic Kitchen Light Agave Syrup is made from 100% organic Mexican blue agave, delivering smooth sweetness with a low glycemic index. At 25% sweeter than cane sugar, it lets you use less syrup in hot or cold drinks and baked goods while maintaining flavor and reducing calorie intake.
The syrup is processed and bottled on the plantation in Mexico before being shipped directly to a Southampton warehouse to minimize mileage and carbon footprint. It also uses far less water than traditional sweeteners—about 35 litres of water per kilogram of syrup, versus around 1,500 litres for cane sugar.
Packaged in a squeezy bottle made from 100% recycled PET, the container is BPA-free and fully recyclable after use, aligning with sustainable shopping choices.
