Organic Herd Salted Butter is produced by a cooperative of 120 organic dairy farms, now proudly marketed under the Organic Herd name. Cows graze outdoors in grassy fields for about 235 days per year, on farms free from herbicides and artificial pesticides. This farming approach preserves natural flavors and supports a transparent, sustainable supply chain.

Crafted from rich organic cream and churned in small batches, the butter benefits from traditional barrel methods that yield a smooth, creamy texture. The logs are hand-salted and hand rolled, delivering a consistent salt balance ideal for everyday cooking and finishing dishes.
