Organic Dark Agave Syrup is produced from 100% organic Mexican blue agave, offering a rich, dark amber sweetness. With a low glycaemic index, it is 25% sweeter than cane sugar, enabling you to use less syrup in hot or cold drinks and baked goods while reducing overall calories.
The syrup is processed and bottled on the plantation in Mexico, then shipped directly to a Southampton warehouse to minimise mileage. This product also uses sustainability-focused processes: agave requires minimal water—about 35 litres per kilogram—compared with roughly 1,500 litres for cane sugar.
Packaging is practical and eco-friendly: a squeezy bottle made from 100% recycled PET, BPA-free and fully recyclable after use.
