Organic Clear Forest Honey comes in a 3.18 kg tub. It is gathered from wild bees in the remote miombo forests of North West Zambia, where beekeepers hang bark hives high in trees to protect them from honey badgers and army ants. After the hives are ready, beekeepers harvest the honey, leaving half for the bees to sustain the colony.
This honey offers a distinctive, rich, creamy flavour with a smooth, pale-amber appearance. Its organic, minimally processed profile preserves the natural aromas of forest nectar.
Produced by around 6,000 beekeepers, the product supports Fairtrade livelihoods—providing families with a reliable income while sustaining traditional beekeeping in the forest ecosystem.
