Description

MozzaRisella Smoked is a dairy-free cheese substitute crafted from 100% Italian germinated whole rice. This vegan smoked cheese mimics mozzarella texture while delivering a distinct smoky finish, making it a versatile addition to plant-based menus.

The core ingredient is germinated whole rice, giving a pale straw-coloured look enhanced by turmeric. In addition to its visual appeal, turmeric contributes a warm note and is recognized for soothing and antioxidant properties.

Allergen free (no milk or soy), gluten free, and OGM free. It contains no animal-derived ingredients, suitable for vegan diets.

Practical use: melts when warmed, ideal for whisking into fillings or topping dishes; great on sandwiches, bruschettas, pizza, salads, timbales, and savory cakes. It also serves well as a garnish or a cheese substitute in stuffed polenta. The 200 g pack is convenient for everyday cooking and quick meals on the run.
