Celtic Sea Salt, also known as Sel de Guerande, is hand harvested along the Brittany coast of France through a traditional system of twenty shallow ponds. The sea water is slowly moved between ponds for natural filtration, then sun-dried and kept unrefined with no additives. The resulting salt is grey in color, reflecting its mineral-rich profile, and contains approximately 71–74% sodium chloride.

Organic and 100% natural, this salt is valued by chefs for its bio-available minerals and nuanced finish.
