Viridian Organic Trace Mineral Complex provides a natural spectrum of minerals with more than 80 trace and macrominerals in a single daily capsule. The blend draws from four natural sources: Aquamin, a red algae–derived mineral complex sustainably harvested off Ireland’s west coast; wild seaweed from Scotland; organic nettle leaf (Urtica dioica); and organic horsetail (Equisetum arvense).

The Aquamin component delivers calcium and magnesium along with 74 other trace minerals, including manganese, selenium and zinc, all sourced from seawater.
