This Seaweed Salt is made out of three Cornish seaweeds blended with the finest Cornish Sea Salt flakes to give it a deeper salty taste . Use in cooking or on the table instead of regular salt to reduce your salt uptake. Goes very well with eggs, fish, meat and baked/mashed potatoes as well as pasta dishes.
