Organic Japanese Wide Udon Noodles – 200 g are firm and smooth, delivering a satisfying bite and a versatile range of dishes. Crafted by artisan family producers, these noodles are slowly air dried and matured to concentrate their flavor. They are egg-free and certified organic.

Made from semi‑whole wheat flour that includes the Aleurone layer, the noodles have a light beige color. They are produced using a traditional roll‑and‑cut method, not extruded, and are dried at room temperature over three days to preserve texture and aroma.

Cooking time is about 10 minutes. Nutrition features include low fat and a source of protein and fiber. Allergen: egg-free.
