Description

Clearspring Organic Japanese Soba Noodles are traditional egg-free noodles produced by an artisan family in Japan. Each 200 g pack is certified organic and air-dried through a careful roll-and-cut method, not force-extruded, to concentrate flavor.

Low-temperature drying at 28–48°C preserves aroma and bite, yielding a firm yet smooth texture that holds up in broths, stir-fries, and salads. They cook in about 5 minutes and are a source of protein and fibre with low fat. The product is egg-free and free from artificial additives.

Ideal for year-round meals, these soba noodles pair with soy-based sauces, sesame, citrus, or greens to deliver authentic Japanese character. The traditional production method provides a distinct texture and depth compared with mass-produced dried noodles.
