Sorghum flour accounts for 57% of the mix, delivering a smooth, velvety texture that holds sauces well and maintains a pleasant bite after cooking. Produced in a gluten-free facility, it suits gluten-free and plant-based diets without compromising flavor.

Cooking is straightforward: boil water, then simmer on low for 3–4 minutes before draining and rinsing with plenty of water. This pasta pairs well with tomato-based sauces, olive oil, herbs, or a light pesto, making it a versatile option for quick weeknight meals.
