Mill & Folks Easy Pasta Red Lentil Fusilli, 200 g, is a gluten-free pasta crafted from red lentil flour (95%) with water and psyllium husk flour as a binder. This yields a natural brick-red pasta with a firm, al dente bite that holds its shape after cooking, making it suitable for everyday meals.

Nutrition highlights per 100 g: energy 347 kcal; fat 1.4 g (saturated 0.4 g); carbohydrates 53 g (sugars 5 g); fibre 18 g; protein 21 g; salt 0.01 g. Made in a gluten-free plant in Hungary. Ingredients: red lentil flour (95%), water, psyllium husk flour.

Cooking: boil in plenty of salted water, simmer 3–5 minutes, then drain and rinse with plenty of water. This pasta supports vegan and vegetarian meals and pairs with tomato-based sauces, pestos, and olive oil for quick, nutritious dishes.
