This 90% Cacao bar is ideal for real chocolate lovers. We use Nacional Arriba cacao sourced from Ecuador, combined with just 10% coconut sugar for a subtle sweetness, whilst still maintaining the richness of the bar and resulting in a smooth, melt away experience. We keep our cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring our chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended. All Ombar chocolate is certified vegan, organic and fair trade.
