Coconut Oil Liquid 250ml

Coconut Oil is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of matured coconuts harvested from the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). Due to the high saturated fat content in Coconut Oil it is slow to oxidize and therefore does not easily turn rancid. Coconut Oil is commonly used in cooking, especially for frying and is a common flavour in many South Asian curries. It has been used for cooking for thousands of years and makes a great alternative to butter, margarine, olive oil or vegetable oil in all types of cooking including baking and frying. It is great for salad dressings, sauces, dips, smoothies and much more. Our Liquid Coconut Premium Oil is sourced from premium, non-GM coconuts and is not hydrogenated making it a great way to add extra flavour to your favourite dishes. We have gently removed some of the longer chain fats from the Coconut Oil which is the reason that our oil is liquid and therefore much more versatile than traditional Coconut Oils whilst maintaining all the culinary benefits.
