Ayurvedic-inspired ice cream with a smooth, creamy gelato-like texture made from oat milk & coconuts. Our Matcha ice cream is made using only the highest quality ingredients, with a blend of carefully selected Kaori and Hukuju Matcha from small-scale farmers across Japan. To complement the subtle and nuanced flavour of the Matcha, we've added a hint of warm and spicy cardamom and cinnamon. These fragrant spices perfectly balance the delicate bitterness of the Matcha, creating a harmonious and comforting flavour experience.
