Description

Kasseri cheese is a traditional, semihard P.D.O. Greek cheese, matured for at least three months in controlled temperature and moisture conditions. The long maturation period gives to the cheese its characteristic, rich flavours and aromas. Traditionally kasseri cheese is produced using 100% Greek, sheep's milk or a blend of sheep's and goat's milk (with a maximum of 20% goat's milk).
