Consumer usage Preparation instructions :You can cook FRY'S MINCE any way you like! Fry, bake, air fry or grill. TO USE WITH SAUCES AND SEASONINGS: Shallow fry your mince on medium to high heat for approx. 8 minutes or until edges start to crisp. Add your chosen sauces and seasonings to create your favourite family dishes like spagetti bolognese, chilli or tacos. FOR SHAPING INTO BALLS, BURGER, KEBABS AND MORE: Thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes (or 30 seconds in microwane at full power for faster thawing). Season, shape into balls, patties or whatever you like - and either fry, grill or air fry on a medium heat setting until cooked through
