Organic Sprouted Kale 50g

Each handful of these baby plants (harvested at just 5 days old) is like eating an entire bunch of kale, so these supercharged sprouts bring an unbelievable amount of goodness to your meals. Chuck them in anything - excellent in stir-fries, sandwiches and salads, they bring a fresh, peppery taste that will have you hooked. *Please note, as sprouts are living plants, they keep growing even once packed. This means they develop tiny root hairs as the plant searches for water. Sometimes mistaken for mould, this, in fact, means your sprouts are perfectly healthy. Just give the punnet a shake and they will disappear.
