The Cleaning Pad 2-Pack is handmade in Egypt from the gourd of the native Luffa aegyptiaca plant, featuring an Egyptian cotton hanging loop. Each pad measures 10 x 10 cm and uses layered loofah stitched together for extra scrubbing power on surfaces, chopping boards, baths, sinks, tiles, and taps.
When dry, the pad may feel abrasive, but immersion in water causes the centre to swell into a spongy, non-scratch flexible pad that fits neatly in the hand. Use with warm water and your preferred cleaning product to achieve effective cleaning without scratching delicate surfaces.
Care is simple: rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water, and hang to air dry from the cotton loop between uses. Occasional machine or hand washing helps maintain freshness. These loofah pads last for months and, at end of life, can be composted, supporting a more sustainable cleaning routine.
