Description

This organic fresh round cheese, made from pasteurized sheep's milk, has a delicious mild taste. It is a versatile product as it is great spread on crackers and ideal for cooking in salads, pizza, pasta... You can also put in on your cheese board to please the whole family. Packaged in an individual resealable plastic tray. The goats and sheep that produce milk for our Bergerie products graze in pastures and are fed with hay and dry grass during winter period. Our farmers use essential oils to avoid the use of antibiotics.
