Description

The combination of these two citrus fruits, so often used in perfumery, is the culprit for this particular and sense-arousing flavour. The grapefruit gives its freshness and a small acerbic taste, while the bergamot is expressed in the aftertaste, just slightly bitter and very intriguing (think of the aroma of Earl Grey tea). Words can't describe how good this ice cream really is - you'll just have to try it!
