Ricotta Stracciatella Ice Cream, 475 ml, is a small-batch, all-natural craft ice cream from Westcombe Dairy. Made next door with the same milk used in all Westcombe products, it features a smooth ricotta base and bright dairy-forward notes with a refined finish. Small shards of Pump Street 85% Ecuador chocolate are folded through to deliver a savoury bite and a distinct bitter finish. The recipe is free from stabilisers, emulsifiers, preservatives, additives, and flavourings, preserving the milk's natural character.

This 475 ml tub is ideal for those who seek a nuanced, dairy-forward dessert rather than a typical vanilla. Serving suggestions: slightly soften for clean scoops; pair with bold coffee or dark chocolate to echo the chocolate shard finish.
