Description

All natural craft ice cream, free from stabalisers, emulsifiers, preservatives, additives and flavourings. This ice cream Ricotta from our family farm, Westcombe Dairy, made next door using the same milk that goes into all our ice cream. Small shards of Pump Street 85% Ecuador chocolate are run through giving it a savoury taste with a bitter finish.
