Description

Absolute Aromas Sweet Fennel Oil is distilled from fennel seeds sourced from Eastern Europe. It is a pale yellow oil with a warm, sweet, aniseed-like aroma.

  • Size: 10ml
  • Botanical name: Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce
  • Format: Pure essential oil

How to use: Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner. For use on skin, dilute in a carrier oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed oil before applying.

Please note: For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or using medication, seek professional advice before use. Not suitable during pregnancy. Not suitable for people with epilepsy.

Ingredients: Foeniculum Vulgare Dulce (Sweet Fennel) Fruit Oil.

Other information: DIY TIP: To support digestion try 2 drops of Sweet Fennel, 1 drop of Bergamot and 1 drop of Lavender blended in 10ml of Sweet Almond oil, massage into the abdomen, using clockwise strokes.

BATH: After a long session at the gym, soak in a warm bath containing 1 drop of Sweet Fennel, 1 drop of Cypress and 3 drops of Patchouli, all diluted in a teaspoon of Peach Kernel oil.
