Description

Alfred Vogel learned of the benefits of naturally fermented, concentrated whey, from Swiss farmers and created Molkosan using whey from meadow fed mountain cattle.

For hundreds of years people have been impressed by the
nutritional value and sharp refreshing taste of fermented
whey drinks. Its use can be traced as far back as the time
of Hippocrates, 400 BC. Whey experienced a real renaissance
in the 17th Century and its reputation grew in the 18th
Century when it was popular with visitors to the resort in
Gais, Switzerland, which was even frequented by European
royalty.
Molkosan® is made from fresh whey by a special
lactofermentation (using Lactobacillus bacteria),
concentration and pasteurisation process.
Serving Suggestions
Add 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoonful, if desired) to a
glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink.

Refrigerate after opening (5 °C). Product keeps for
2 months after opening when stored in the fridge.

Fat free, sugar free, gluten free.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Concentrated, lactofermented whey (from
Swiss milk & without protein), L+ lactic acid, potassium
citrate. Pasteurised.
